Experienced Security Officers with Current Texas Security License

Duties Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure authorized entry. Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including CCTV surveillance, to identify potential security risks or irregularities. Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and law enforcement procedures when necessary. Perform detailed inspections using CCTV systems and physical checks to prevent theft, vandalism, or loss. Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical help arrives. Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incident reports, and security breaches for record-keeping and follow-up. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency responders during critical incidents to ensure safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Valid and current Texas Security License is required; must be able to present license upon hire. Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred. Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention techniques, and conflict management strategies. Certifications in first aid, CPR, or related emergency response training are advantageous. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts; excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism at all times. Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as needed.
