Experienced Server Merritt Island, FL $10.98 - $11.98 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $10.98 - $11.98 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Jack n Harry's is a bar and restaurant in the same space as Pepperoni Grill. We are looking for bartenders and servers or people who are willing to do both. Teamwork is the key here. Some Things you have to do: Opens and closes the bar/restaurant for guests following Company policies and procedures. Maintains the bar and restaurant area in a clean, well-organized manner while serving and assisting guests. General Knowledge, Skill and Ability

• Be Happy!
• Good Beer and Wine knowledge. Some understanding of Liquor and Mixed Drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills. Nobody waits.
• Diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
• Open and close bar and/or restaurant, obtain all supplies necessary for mixing cocktails, and cleans and maintains areas for which is responsible.
• Greet guest quickly and efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork!
• Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
• Be Knowledgeable of Food and Beverage products.
• Have Fun!

EDUCATION

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

One or more years' experience serving required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Requires ability to walk and stand during entire shift. Requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds intermittently during the work day.
