Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems Maintain a clean, organized work environment by bussing tables, resetting stations, and adhering to food safety protocols Requirements Proven experience as a server in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings with a strong knowledge of food service procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing excellent customer service Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and cash handling tasks Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining moments!
