Overview Bighorn Tavern is looking for Experienced Servers to join our team! We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and team members. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience Knowledge of using a POS system Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Skills Proven experience with POS systems Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving, upselling, and cleaning duties Join us if you're passionate to deliver top-tier service in a lively atmosphere.
