• Friday) Part time driver night's (Monday
• Friday) & weekend Transport air freight to and from airport, residential, business's, retail stores and distribution centers Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Meet delivery & Pick up schedules Dim, reweigh and label all pickups upon return to warehouse Input POD information for each stage of the loading and unloading process in tablets Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Use pallet jack and dolly Collect and verify delivery & pickup instructions Report defects, accidents or violations received while driving the company vehicle Report defects, tears, or any damage for any freight picked up Must be able to work at lease 1 weekend a month Proven 3 year work experience as a truck driver Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations No recent moving or driving violations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc) Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations Speaks & understands English fully Valid clean driving license Dependable Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
