Experienced Yard Loader Operator

Blue Water Industries, a growing aggregate producer, is currently seeking to fill an Experienced Yard Loader Operator position at the Daurity Springs Quarry in Goldston, NC. • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Aggregate Yard Loader.
• Perform a pre-shift inspection, keep coolant, lubricants, and oils at proper levels, and any other miner maintenance and repairs on the equipment.
• Must be familiar with and adhere to service requirements, equipment and operator limitations and safe operating procedures at all times.
• Must keep housekeeping inside and outside of equipment clean and neat at all times.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance duties in the quarry on a routine basis.
• Willing to be task-trained on other mobile equipment.
• Performs other duties as directed by management.

Experience:

Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of related experience.

Physical demands:

• Must be able to push, pull or lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to bend down, crouch and squat
• Must be able to be able to walk the plant and perform repairs and clean-up when needed.
• Must be able to climb a 10-foot vertical ladder.
