Job Responsibilities Team members perform professional exterior cleaning services including: Pressure washing residential and commercial properties Soft washing houses and roofs Window cleaning and surface cleaning Commercial property and gas station cleaning Parking lot cleaning and striping assistance Occasional exterior painting and property maintenance support Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting cleaning equipment Driving company trucks and towing equipment trailers Completing daily equipment and vehicle inspection logbooks Maintaining safe, organized, and professional job sites Following company systems, procedures, and training standards Work schedules may include: Daytime residential services Nighttime commercial services when required Occasional travel throughout Middle Tennessee and Northern Alabama Some jobs may require early mornings, late evenings, or overnight travel depending on commercial client scheduling All schedules are planned and communicated in advance. Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability and confidence to safely operate company trucks while towing equipment trailers is

REQUIRED

Experience driving manual transmission (5 speed) vehicles is preferred but not required Ability to pass background check Ability to pass drug screening Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Mechanical or hands on problem solving skills preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Must be dependable, punctual, and able to consistently show up ready to work as scheduled Applicants must be comfortable working in physically demanding environments and maintaining a fast paced work environment Positive attitude and willingness to follow systems and training Experience in pressure washing or construction is helpful but NOT required. Paid training is provided.
