Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Exterior Porter to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the exterior areas of our clients' properties. Your proactive approach will ensure that outdoor spaces are inviting, safe, and well-kept. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional environment while developing your skills in facilities maintenance and exterior cleaning. Duties Perform exterior cleaning tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, window washing, and pressure washing to keep outdoor areas pristine Maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and entryways by removing debris and ensuring safety standards are met Assist with light landscaping duties including trash pickup around landscaped areas Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Support interior janitorial tasks when needed, including dusting, mopping, and restroom sanitation Collaborate with team members to ensure all exterior areas meet company standards for cleanliness and appearance Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial or industrial settings Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools, equipment, and cleaning agents Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces Join us in creating welcoming environments that reflect professionalism and pride!
