Job Description
The OpportunityA well-established mid-sized exterior restoration contractor in Florida is seeking an experienced Exterior Restoration Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations across active restoration projects. This is a hands-on role suited for a strong field leader who takes ownership of safety, quality, schedule, and crew performance.
You'll be responsible for driving execution on complex exterior restoration work, often on occupied and high-visibility buildings, while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and jobsite logistics.
Typical Project ScopesConcrete repair and restorationFaçade rehabilitation (masonry, stucco, EIFS)Waterproofing and building envelope repairsBalcony, deck, and structural exterior repairsOccupied multi-family, commercial, and institutional propertiesKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily onsite construction activities across exterior restoration projectsSupervise self-perform crews and subcontractorsEnforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a strong safety cultureManage quality control to ensure work is performed to plans and specificationsCoordinate logistics including access equipment (swing stages, scaffolding, lifts) and material deliveriesWork closely with Project Managers on scheduling, manpower, sequencing, and field issuesMaintain daily reports, photos, and accurate field documentationProactively identify and resolve field challenges to keep projects on trackQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field SupervisorBackground in exterior restoration, concrete repair, façade rehabilitation, or waterproofingStrong understanding of building envelope systems and restoration methodsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsProven leadership and communication skills in active field environmentsPreferredOSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience working on occupied or phased restoration projectsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhat's OfferedCompetitive compensation packageStable pipeline of restoration workOpportunity for long-term growth with a reputable, expanding contractorCompany culture focused on quality, safety, and repeat-client work
