Event Management, Dining and Hospitality Job Summary Typical responsibilities include:- Assists with the setup, operation, and teardown of events and event-related production equipment, including lighting, sound, video, streaming, and other staging equipment.
- Supports day-of-show operations by assisting with event execution, schedules, break coverage, and coordination with stage employees and event staff.
- Helps identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical and operational issues during events and setups.
- Works with clients, stagehands, student employees, and full-time staff to support production and event needs.
- Assists with training, guiding, and supporting student employees and stagehands during event operations.
- Performs basic maintenance, cleaning, and organization of production equipment and work areas.
