School of Social Work Job Summary This position will provide targeted technical and operational support to the Director of Field Education during a time-sensitive software migration. This role is essential to ensure a smooth transition from Sonia to the Experiential Learning Cloud (ELC) while minimizing disruption for students, faculty/staff, and community partners. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure accuracy of current data prior to migration
  • Compile additional data to strengthen program tracking and reporting
  • Organize and standardize information for the new system
  • Input and verify data within the new system
  • Assist in updating required student and site documents
  • Develop efficient workflows for practicum placement tracking and site management
  • Provide informed input on field education software best practices
  • Collaborate with Lumivero staff to support a seamless transition
  • Troubleshoot data and process issues during migration and implementation Additional Information Benefits include time away from work for eligible employees and the option to participate in the University's 403(b) Plan .
Salary Rate / Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Required Qualifications 1. Master's degree 2. Proficient knowledge of ISU Field Education program and processes 3. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy 4. Ability to manage and organize large datasets 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on time-sensitive projects Work Hours Flexible, typically up to 16 hours per week. Extra help positions can work up to 28 hours per week maximum. Functional Expectations Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation: 1. Remain at workstation for extended periods. 2. Effectively communicate on a daily basis. 3. Move about in various locations across campus as needed to complete day-to-day work. Proposed Starting Date May 2026
