Friday Position Overview:

This role combines optical dispensing expertise with front office leadership , helping ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong optical knowledge, and thrives in an organized patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Eventually assist patients with selecting frames and lenses, take optical measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and coordinate lens orders with laboratories. Manage daily front office operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, verifying insurance benefits, and processing payments. Maintain inventory, coordinate with vendors and labs, and help support or guide front office staff to ensure an efficient and welcoming patient experience.
