• Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyebrow Threader to join our beauty team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in threading techniques and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that clients leave feeling confident and satisfied with their appearance. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Duties Perform eyebrow threading services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Provide additional beauty services as needed, including eyelash extensions, facials, eyebrow tinting, full body wax, brazilian wax, body massages, and more Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for beauty treatments. Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services offered. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings. Skills Proficient in hair threading techniques with a strong focus on detail. Experience in cosmetology or esthetician is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of eyelash extensions application is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean work environment consistently. Employees will earn hourly pay and have commission upside opportunities.
