Fab Accessories (Assembly)

Position Description This position is responsible for maintaining high production and quality, while ensuring and maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires an essential understanding and control of the fab accessories processes and accurate record keeping.

Overall Responsibilities:

Responsible for all duties in the Fab Accessories area; end caps, edging, end splashes, back splashes, transactions, and boxing product. Complete quality checks and checklists as required. Ability to work individually or with other employees as assigned, acting responsibly and maintaining a positive work environment. Ability to stand on a solid surface for the duration of the shift. Keep work area clean and organized. Always observe all the safety rules. Participate in daily production meetings. Verify laminate amounts, gather orders, and process orders in IFS. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

Equipment:

stamper, table saw, slitter, oven heater, hand roller, router, and glue machine. Use personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and hearing protection, as required.

Position Requirements Qualifications:

Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Computer skills.
