Our Mickleton, NJ site has immediate openings for Fabrication Operators. These positions will be 12-hour shifts with a schedule of every-other weekend (48 hours one week; 36 hours the next week). The successful candidates will follow-through of production orders from inception to completion.

They will be responsible for:

Set up of equipment; Making adjustments and modifications to equipment whenand where neded to produce a quality product; Follow detail instructions with Quality being the main priority; Perform manual assembly operations using various production materials which can include:

• Tubing assemblies
• Formed tubing
• Recoiling
• Mechanical assemblies
• Other duties that including molding of products at a fast-pace Responsible for safety and cleanliness of assigned work areas.

Follow all departmental Quality Management System (QMS) standard operating procedures and work instructions in accordance with

ISO 9001

standards.

• Read and understand specifications pertainig to orders;
• Must possess mechanical aptitude;
• Ability to perform duties of position in an efficient and safe manner thereby guaranteeing a quality part;
• Physical ability to handle, move and pack various parts being produced;
• Must possess mechanical dexterity.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $46,966 to $58,697 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $51,662 to $64,566. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
