Responsibilities Work effectively within a team to ensure projects are completed on time. Lead by example to promote continuous improvement. Monitor workflow for timeliness and accuracy. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safe practices. Preliminary quality control of fabricated parts. Make discretionary task decisions as necessary. Fabricate and assemble parts based on CAD drawings. Perform cutting, fitting, and use band saws, punch press, and drill press. Other duties as assigned. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience in metal fabrication. Proficiency in fabrication, welding (MIG/TIG), and assembly. Ability to read and understand CAD drawings. Knowledge of fabrication principles, cutting, and fitting. Experience with punch press, drill press, and saw line. Additional Skills & Qualifications WABO welding certifications in TIG and MIG are desired. High school diploma or GED required; technical trade school training is preferred. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work is conducted in a shop located in Auburn, WA. The facility operates a day shift from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday. The environment is focused on crafting high-end signs with a team-oriented approach. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
