Direct Hire with comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities Roll metal shells and cylinders ranging from 14?gauge to 5/8" in carbon steel and stainless steel Operate plate rolls with precision and consistency Set up and operate a press brake for bending and forming operations Use a shear to cut materials to size Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions Maintain equipment and follow all shop safety procedures Collaborate with shop supervisors and other fabricators to complete custom jobs Requirements Plate rolling experience is required Ability to roll heavy?gauge metal into shells/cylinders Experience operating a press brake and shear Strong understanding of fabrication measurements, tolerances, and metal behavior Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety?minded Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $32.00
