GENERAL SUMMARY

To assist the Operations supervisor in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.

Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor. Paints interior and exterior walls and trim. Operates snow removal equipment to maintain roads and parking lots. Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems. Capable of doing minor carpentry work and building repairs. Maintains and repairs structures. Familiar with all phases of maintenance operations Assists other departments.

Licenses:

Class B CDL license with Air Brakes endorsement is a BONUS, Ability to successfully test for the Illinois Department of Agriculture Pesticides Operator License.
