Job Summary:

Responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the concession building, employee housing, parking structure and other assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain public guest areas, employee spaces, and common areas using established procedures and checklists Remove trash, sanitize restrooms, dining spaces, hallways, patios, and other shared spaces Prepare and clean employee housing units after move-outs, including dorms, RVs, and company housing Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, launder cleaning materials, and maintain organized work areas Keep loading dock and service areas clean and debris-free Follow all company safety, environmental, and operational standards while supporting additional duties as needed Life in

Job Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred. Possession of a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record in the last 3 years is strongly preferred. Ability to follow SOPs and checklists. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details. Ability to operate an industrial carpet cleaner and an industrial floor scrubbing machine. Willing to "pitch in" and help the team with tasks. Must be a positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun and has the passion to work.
