Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere. Job Posting External Job Duties- Justify, plan, and execute projects.
- Evaluate building structures, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hoist, and bridge systems, and/or other infrastructure for condition, performance, and compliance to applicable codes and standards.
- Work with appropriate company staff to plan, design, bid, and install new facility amenities such as furniture and / or signage.
- Campus wide assessment and management of contractors for ongoing services such as landscaping, snow plowing, pest control, locksmiths, and any other durable services. Manage licensing and registration of company vehicles
- Assist with strategic and proactive planning. Communicate relevant information to various stakeholders. Conduct and complete sites assessments. Identify improvement opportunities and work with corresponding teams in implementing improved maintenance practices. Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction/Project Management or related field; or 12-15 years related experience
- 2 to 4 years related experience
- Occasional travel (10-25%)
- Occasional overnight stays (10-25%)
- Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business
- 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of industrial and office building structures and related maintenance requirements.
