Job Description

About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a key contributor to our operational success by ensuring all infrastructure and mechanical systems remain in peak condition. You will leverage your expertise in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance the overall efficiency of our facility. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of critical facility systems. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing malfunctions to restore operational continuity. Drive facility safety and compliance by conducting rigorous inspections and addressing potential hazards proactively. Document all maintenance interventions and equipment performance data to support long-term asset management. Coordinate the installation and integration of new machinery to support evolving production requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to refine maintenance workflows and optimize site reliability. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Demonstrated professional experience in industrial or facilities maintenance. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Proven ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Preferred Skills Relevant technical or trade school certifications. Advanced analytical skills for complex system troubleshooting. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
