Performs general labor inside and outside physical buildings, including district-wide grounds keeping, handling of materials and supplies, moving equipment, operating power-driven equipment, snow removal, mowing, sports field layout and marking, and any other district driven needs
Performs various maintenance tasks such as minor electrical, carpentry, flooring, roofing, plumbing, door, lock, mechanical, HVAC, and other miscellaneous facility related repairs.
Respond to emergency calls and perform after-hours work when required
Maintains all safety and code requirements of the Federal, State, Local and School Committee guidelines
