Facilities Maintenance Technician Lead Southwestern New Jersey | Food Manufacturing | Frozen Bakery Environment GPAC has partnered with a growing frozen bakery manufacturing facility in Southwestern New Jersey that is looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Technician Lead to their team. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within an SQF/BRC-audited food manufacturing environment supporting critical production and facility systems. This individual will play a key role in driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting the overall maintenance strategy across the plant. What You'll Be Doing Lead preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems Support high-speed packaging and automated production equipment Drive root cause analysis and reduce equipment downtime Supervise maintenance technicians and outside contractors Support equipment upgrades, installations, and capital projects Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance standards Assist with CMMS tracking and maintenance documentation What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting ability with automation and PLC systems Experience in refrigeration or frozen manufacturing environments highly preferred Leadership or team lead experience Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Background Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC exposure High-speed packaging experience Ammonia refrigeration knowledge Food manufacturing compliance knowledge (SQF/BRC/GMP) Compensation $75,000-$115,000 DOE For immediate confidential consideration, send your resume to hillary.cooley@gogpac.com .
