This includes mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, and general building maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, refrigeration, motors, pumps, and control systems Perform preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and daily facility walkthroughs Complete and document all work orders in the CMMS system Support general building services including carpentry, painting, landscaping, and snow removal Follow all OSHA, safety, and company policies; maintain clean and safe work areas Communicate repair status and coordinate with supervisors and vendors as needed Participate in ongoing technical and safety training Provide on‑call support for nights, weekends, and holidays What You Bring 2-5 years of commercial facility maintenance or equivalent experience Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and follow written/oral instructions Computer proficiency; experience with Building Management Systems preferred Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or with teams Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with heights, temperature extremes, chemicals, noise, and mechanical equipment Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 3rd shift (11 PM start), with required on‑call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible hours may be needed to support client operations.
