Job Description

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation, reliability, safety, and readiness of Wiwynn's IT server manufacturing facility. This role leads facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects while ensuring building systems, utilities, and infrastructure support uninterrupted production. The Facilities Manager serves as the primary owner of facility strategy, compliance, and performance, partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and executive leadership Facility Operations & Strategy Own the day-to-day and long-term operation of all facility systems supporting manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. Lead facility readiness for production ramp, capacity expansion, and new equipment installation. Develop and execute facility strategies aligned with business growth, production demand, and customer requirements. Serve as the primary facilities point of contact for plant leadership. Maintenance, Reliability & Energy Management Establish and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all facility systems. Drive facility reliability, uptime, and energy efficiency initiatives. Oversee utilities and infrastructure including HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, UPS, and generators. Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production risk. Capital Projects & Facility Development Lead facility construction, expansion, and improvement projects, including buildouts and system upgrades. Manage capital budgets, schedules, contractor performance, and project execution. Review and approve engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation. Coordinate commissioning, system validation, and handoff to operations. Vendor & Contractor Management Own vendor selection, contract management, and service agreements for facility-related services. Ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements, schedules, and scope of work. Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous improvement. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with
OSHA, NFPA, NEC, NFPA
70E, and local building codes. Champion a zero-incident culture and enforce safe work practices across all facility activities. Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, inspections, and audits. Lead risk assessments and corrective action plans related to facility and electrical systems. Electrical & Critical Systems Oversight Provide leadership oversight of high- and low-voltage electrical systems including transformers, switchgear, UPS, and generators. Approve and oversee switching operations, equipment isolation, and LOTO procedures. Ensure SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency response plans are in place and followed. People Leadership & Development Lead and develop the facilities organization, including supervisors, technicians, and contractors. Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and support training and certification development. Ensure adequate staffing and skill coverage to support 24/7 manufacturing needs. Reporting & Executive Communication Develop and present facility performance metrics related to uptime, safety, cost, and reliability. Provide regular updates to plant leadership on facility risks, capital needs, and improvement initiatives. Support cross-functional planning related to production ramp and long-term growth. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required. 8-12 years of experience in facilities management, industrial operations, or manufacturing environments. Demonstrated experience leading facility teams and managing capital projects. Experience supporting high-reliability manufacturing or data-center-like environments strongly preferred.
