Position Summary:
Individual would have responsibility for developing and maintaining office services across the Syracuse Site. They would be responsible for planning and coordinating office moves, renovations, maintenance, and data reporting used to support corporate finance. This includes both the use and maintenance of AutoCAD drawings and dedicated IT systems used to support these activities. Due to the size of the Syracuse Site, the volume of requests is large, so excellent organizational skills are a must. Further, because this is an internal customer-facing position, this individual would also require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Log all office service tasking and departmental requests in dedicated IT system
  • Schedule installer and equipment distribution services for all office services work through a large network of internal and external service providers
  • Manage subcontract and subcontractor responsible for execution of specific office services
  • Create and/or maintain spreadsheets and schematic location maps by modifying dedicated IT system and/or AutoCAD drawings
  • Create, maintain, and manage all interior and exterior building signage
  • Manage new construction and renovation projects for office spaces, including the creation of design documentation, image boards, and cost estimates
  • Production of large format prints for various internal customers
  • Manage scheduling, coordination, and setup of specific, large conference rooms Experience /
Qualifications:
  • BS related to Architecture or Interior Design preferred, with 8-12+ years relevant experience in interior design and/or facilities management preferred.
  • Expertise in basic software operation (Microsoft office) required.
Familiarity with specialty software for drafting/design, specifically AutoCAD, would be a significant benefit.
