Facilities Renovations Technician

Full-time (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) Position includes an on-call rotation High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional training in kitchen and bathroom demolition, as well as flooring, is strongly preferred. A valid PA driver's license with at least two (2) consecutive years of driving experience is required. Ensures high‑quality carpentry and renovation services are completed efficiently and effectively. Demonstrates working knowledge and skills in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and equipment. Completes work orders, minor renovation projects, and preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Maintains and repairs doors, door hardware, locks/keys, and windows. Communicates clearly and professionally with residents and/or their family members regarding maintenance work.
