Job Summary and Qualifications Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities Management, the Supervisor is responsible for performing administrative duties, including but not limited to, payroll functions, accounting reconciliation, maintaining accuracy of policies and procedures, and organization of regulatory documents. The Supervisor will serve as the department subject matter expert for HCA Healthcare's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and compliance program, which includes scheduling PMs, work order management, and vendor management. The Supervisor is also be responsible for supplies and parts management and is expected to perform most job duties independently, and in accordance with established departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

What qualifications you will need:

High School Graduate/Equivalent required Administrative experience in maintenance, engineering or healthcare preferred.
