Facilities Team Member

Summary/objective The Facilities Team Member assists the facilities team with maintaining the facility, including the exterior grounds, in working order through a system of preventive maintenance and necessary repairs. The Facilities Team Member is responsible for designated repairs and maintenance by following safe practices and consistent, systematic processes and procedures. Maintain common areas of the club in safe, working, and clean condition Provide support through a regular preventative maintenance schedule that may include: HVAC systems, replacing light bulbs and ballasts; checking drainage of all gutters, downspouts, and drains; maintaining pumps for the pools; maintaining exercise equipment; mowing lawns; and painting Assist with exterior grounds maintenance and repairs Ensure supplies are in working order and notifies supervisor of any deficiencies Respond promptly to all requests for repairs and maintenance as directed Notify team and members, in advance when possible, of closure or unavailability of facilities due to necessary repairs & maintenance.
