Full-Time | Permanent | Onsite About the Role We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of several residential communities in the Tonawanda and Buffalo area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors , takes pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained, and values a steady daytime schedule. What You'll Be Doing Keep property grounds in great shape with landscaping, lawn care, leaf removal, and general upkeep Perform snow and ice removal during winter months to ensure safe walkways and entrances Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, stairwells, parking lots, and shared spaces Manage trash and recycling areas to keep them clean, organized, and compliant Handle routine floor care (sweeping, mopping, upkeep of common areas) Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed Help maintain strong curb appeal across all assigned properties Travel between nearby properties to support consistent upkeep standards What We're Looking For Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance Comfort with general cleaning and janitorial tasks (indoors and outdoors) Ability to work in all weather conditions, including snow removal in winter Strong reliability and ability to stick to a consistent weekday schedule Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across multiple sites Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, safe environments Nice to Have Prior experience as a groundskeeper, custodian, or facilities technician Experience supporting multiple properties or apartment communities Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in maintenance and cleaning Why Join the Team? This role involves a combination of: Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Indoor cleaning and maintenance of shared residential spaces Physical activity including walking, lifting, and routine manual tasks Additional Information This is a fully onsite position Local travel between assigned properties is required Posting is expected to close on May 28, 2026 Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kenmore, NY.
