Responsibilities include:

General home repairs and upkeep Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry Flooring installation and repairs Toilet installation and plumbing repairs Appliance troubleshooting and replacement Seasonal and exterior maintenance Preventative maintenance and safety checks Occasional on-call maintenance needs What we offer: ?
