This position is ideal for someone with apartment maintenance, building maintenance, handyman, or general facilities experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and operational. This role focuses less on production machinery and more on maintaining the building, grounds, and general facility systems. Key Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance and building upkeep Replace lighting, bulbs, ballasts, and basic electrical fixtures Complete minor plumbing repairs and general handyman tasks Assist with painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs Support grounds maintenance and outdoor cleanup Perform monthly facility safety inspections and routine checklists Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance tasks Handle minor repairs to doors, fixtures, and building equipment Maintain organized maintenance areas and supplies Communicate maintenance needs and repair updates to management Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements What We're Looking For General maintenance or facilities experience preferred Apartment maintenance, custodial maintenance, or handyman background is a plus Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting ability Reliable, self-directed, and able to work independently Strong attendance and willingness to help where needed Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Preferred Experience (Not Required) Basic plumbing or electrical repair Painting and drywall patching Groundskeeping or snow removal Industrial or commercial building maintenance Forklift or maintenance shop experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing, bending, climbing ladders, and walking throughout facility Ability to work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions Why Apply?
