Facility Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oakwood. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1,000 at thirty days, $1,000 at sixty days and $1,000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

SHIFT HOURS

Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$20.00-$25.00 with a potential increase at 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided.
