Lead and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring effective execution of daily tasks related to building operations and repairs On site user research and documentation, coordination, planning, market research and reporting duties on behalf of Facilities Management of repair activities Manage industrial maintenance projects, including upgrades or repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems; coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing or industrial processes to support operational efficiency Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance documentation If you are seriously Interested in the position, please provide your resume to HR@unicogov.com
