We are looking to hire a qualified individual for our Facility Manager position. The Facility Manager's primary responsibilities are appointment scheduling and attendance for facility residents and managing a monthly budget while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and overseeing menu design and meal preparation in compliance with state and company regulations. Their secondary responsibilities are monitoring the interior and exterior condition of the facility. This includes household cleaning, inspecting and monitoring the disposition of facility equipment and appliances, overseeing vendor repairs and maintenance. Other duties include overseeing personal inventory of facility residents, dispersal of incidental cash to residents and ensuring each resident has and adequate supply of quality personal items. Qualified applicants should have, 2 years of experience of working with special needs populations DSP 1 and 2 certifications Valid driver's license Clear Criminal Background check
