This is an after-hours role focused on closing and resetting childcare and structured environments so they are clean, organized, and ready for staff and children the next day. Most of our work takes place in childcare centers and similar environments where consistency, attention to detail, and reliability directly impact how the next day starts for teachers and staff. We are not a classroom or childcare staffing role. This is a facility support position focused on end-of-day cleaning and reset operations.

What the role involves:

Closing and resetting classrooms and shared spaces after operating hours Sanitizing high-touch surfaces and commonly used areas Cleaning restrooms and maintaining shared facility spaces Trash removal and basic floor care Ensuring spaces are fully reset and ready for the next day Work is performed independently or with a small team depending on the facility.

Schedule:

Part-time, primarily evening / after-hours shifts Consistent weekly schedules (typically Monday-Friday accounts) Shifts begin after facility closing time Occasional "as-needed" emergency support shifts (last-minute facility needs) may be available for existing team members, with premium pay rates for short-notice coverage Experience in any of the following is strongly valued: Childcare environments Hospitality / restaurants Healthcare or medical facilities Cleaning or maintenance roles in structured environments Additional value for childcare-experienced candidates: We value team members who understand how to work with an "inspection-ready mindset".
