Job Description

Hiring Range $18.54-$20. The Event Office Support Staff assists staff with all event aspects for the annual Fair & Rodeo. This is about a 1-month temporary position starting in July with the potential to extend based on business needs.
Schedule:
3 days a week. This is a Part-time job with some flexibility. Applicants are encouraged to apply by May 15th, however, the job will be posted until filled. Essential Functions Assist staff with incoming visitors, phone calls and event inquiries using computer and phone. Greets guests, distributes sponsorship information, sells event tickets, Assists with Fair & Rodeo event, taking tickets, assists with maintenance of site, including trash pickup and removal, hanging banners and parking lot attendant duties. Assist with grounds set up, maintenance and clean up including the sponsor banner display, and trash management. Using County vehicle, run errands to pick up or drop off supplies and event-related materials. Observes safety and security procedures, uses equipment and materials safely and reports potentially unsafe conditions. Serves the community by demonstrating Eagle County Government mission and core values and following relevant policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification, or Registration:
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license. Customer service, computer and phone experience preferred
