B500 Job Description We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Family Assistant to support a busy household beginning August/September 2026. This is a long-term opportunity with guaranteed 40 hours per week and the option for live-in housing in a private one-bedroom apartment in Avra Lone Tree. The role involves assisting with childcare for four children ages 6, 6, 5, and 1.5 years old, though care will typically be for 0-3 children at a time alongside Mom and additional household staff. The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, and enjoys supporting a structured but active household environment. Compensation ranges from $33-$35/hour gross , with full benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, sick days, and mileage reimbursement. Travel opportunities to destinations such as California and Hawaii may also be included. Duties Provide attentive care for children ranging from toddler to school age Assist Mom and household staff with maintaining daily household flow Help organize children's spaces and household areas Support inventory management and household errands Prepare light meals and snacks for children Assist with tidying and maintaining smooth household operations Accompany family on occasional travel as needed Adapt to changing schedules and support evening or weekend coverage when required Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of professional nanny or family assistant experience Experience caring for toddlers and school-age children Previous household management experience preferred Comfortable caring for multiple children at one time Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Comfortable working alongside other household staff Flexible with evenings, weekends, and schedule adjustments Must be pet friendly (family has one dog) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance required CPR and First Aid certified or willing to renew before hire Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction High school diploma required; college degree preferred Strong professional and personal references required

Pay:

$33.00 - $35.00 per hour
