This versatile role may include operating a cash register, assisting with admissions, directing parking, managing guest flow, monitoring attractions, and supporting general park needs. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive safety mindset in a high-energy, family-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately. Answer guest questions regarding attractions, policies, and schedules. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming work areas. Monitor assigned attractions or activity areas for safe use. Enforce safety rules calmly and consistently. Assist guests with directions and general assistance. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Comfortable handling money and operating cash register. Strong situational awareness and attention to detail. Flexible and willing to assist in multiple areas as needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Weekend, holiday, and peak season availability required
