1,400 Hours The Opportunity We are seeking a sophisticated Senior Family Law Attorney to join a premier practice in Tysons, Virginia. This role is designed for an experienced practitioner who values high-level advocacy and professional autonomy without the burnout of high hour requirements. This position offers a rare hybrid/remote structure. While the firm maintains a strong presence in Northern Virginia, the role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to manage your cases from home while remaining accessible for local court appearances and occasional in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including high-net-worth divorce, complex custody disputes, equitable distribution, and spousal support. Lead all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and representing clients in contested hearings and trials. Provide empathetic, strategic counsel to clients navigating sensitive legal transitions. Mentor junior associates and support staff to ensure excellence in work product.Candidate Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of dedicated Family Law experience.Licensure:
Active member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.Location:
Must currently reside in Northern Virginia to facilitate local court appearances in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Arlington counties.Skill Set:
