We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic in Sisters, Oregon . This role is best suited for a confident, well-rounded clinician who values autonomy and thrives in an independent practice setting. About the Role This position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a solo-provider environment during your scheduled clinic sessions . While the clinic is home to two providers, each maintains independent coverage during their respective schedules. This structure requires a provider who is: Clinically confident across a broad scope of primary care Comfortable with independent decision-making and problem-solving Adaptable and efficient in managing a full patient panel Committed to delivering thoughtful, relationship-driven care You'll be supported by a strong clinical team and have access to the broader High Lakes and Praxis network for collaboration, but your day-to-day practice will require a high degree of autonomy and clinical ownership. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing at the top of their license while building meaningful, long-term relationships within a close-knit community.

Compensation & Benefits Highlights:

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Preferred:

2•3 years of Primary Care experience as a licensed

NP Required:
