Outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive relationship-driven medicine Collaborative clinical environment with full support staff and structured workflows Community-focused healthcare organization emphasizing long-term continuity of care Stable outpatient-only setting allowing providers to focus on quality patient outcomes Rural Pennsylvania community offering parks, fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, and year-round outdoor recreation opportunitiesCOMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$220,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000SCHEDULE Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday:
8:00 AM- 5:00
PM Tuesday:
8:00 AM- 6:00 PM Outpatient-only practice setting ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams
