Family Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:

Provides individualized history and physical examinations Orders and interprets diagnostic testing in accordance with relevant health concerns Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Develops a comprehensive plan of care that encompasses evidence based practice guidelines Provides appropriate education for current health diagnosis Documents in a timely manner Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications:

Pay:

$45.00 - $75.00 per hour
