POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient primary care role focused on full-scope Family Medicine services Opportunity to build meaningful long-term patient relationships within underserved communities Structured weekday schedule with dedicated administrative time for documentation and follow-up care Collaborative team-based care model with established workflows and EMR systems Historic South Jersey riverfront community offering small-town atmosphere with convenient Philadelphia access

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$110,000 - $120,000+ based on experience Loan repayment eligibility available

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One late clinic day weekly Rotating shared call schedule ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care Deliver patient-centered treatment plans and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams and providers Support continuity of care within underserved patient populations

Requirements:

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
