This site offers strong support, consistent volume, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships within the community. Primary Care NP / PA Responsibilities Full-time schedule based on clinic hours 5x8s or 4x10s depending on site needs No call; after-hours handled externally Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan Manage annual visits, chronic conditions, and sick visits Average ~16 patients per day High performers see up to 25 patients/day Follow structured visit model with standard and extended visits Review labs, imaging, and follow-ups daily Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Work with dedicated MA or LVN support Refer patients to specialists as clinically appropriate Participate in outreach and preventive health initiatives Perform procedures based on skill set Primary Care NP / PA Requirements Active FNP or PA-C license (or ability to obtain in NC) Primary care or family practice experience preferred Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan Able to manage consistent daily patient volume Interest in Community Health Center Primary Care NP /

PA Compensation Base Salary:
