Your day to day as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Northland Health Centers, you will engage in a variety of daily responsibilities focusing on patient care and community health. Your typical day will involve conducting comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will have the opportunity to provide preventive care, manage chronic illnesses, and perform minor procedures, all while fostering a supportive environment for patients. Your schedule will be structured as a three-day workweek to support optimal patient access and high-quality care.
