Essential Job Functions:

Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages Manage acute and chronic conditions Provide preventive and wellness services Offer wellness screening and health coaching Assist with patient education opportunities Offer occupational health services Drug Screens Vision Screens On the job injury screening

Required Qualifications:

Tennessee NP or PA licensure

Board Certified FNP/PA Preferred Qualifications:
