Family Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner at our Urgent Care Clinic in Huntsville, Arkansas. BMRHC is a family and Community Health Center that offers a wide range of services to insured, uninsured, and underinsured patients. Safety-Sensitive Position Notice This position is designated as safety-sensitive under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment. Employees in safety-sensitive roles must be able to perform duties in a manner that ensures the safety of patients, coworkers, and the public. Subject to drug and alcohol testing per company policy and state law Marijuana (including medical marijuana), illegal substances, and misuse of prescription medications are prohibited A positive drug test, including marijuana, will result in ineligibility for hire or removal from the safety sensitive position Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program approved by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing Current certification by the American Board of Family Nurse Practitioners or other appropriate specialty boards. (American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Unrestricted APRN License to practice in the State of Arkansas Current healthcare provider level Basic Life Support certification.
