Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine health needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients. Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care to promote wellness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with medical advancements. Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Family Medicine. Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. Experience in triage and managing diverse patient populations is preferred.
