Job Responsibilities:

Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care services to adult and family medicine patients. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Conduct preventative care visits, including wellness exams and follow-up appointments. Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists as needed. Maintain accurate documentation using the

EPIC EMR

system. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Share on-call responsibilities as assigned. Meet productivity expectations during 36 patient-contact hours per week. Utilize 4 administrative hours weekly for charting and care coordination. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational standards of care. Foster strong relationships with patients and the local community. Support patient education initiatives and continuity of care. Comply with all clinical standards and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Graduates from 2026 and 2027 accepted with an expectation to obtain Board Certification within 3 years. Michigan medical license (or willing to obtain). DEA certification. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certifications. Clean malpractice and licensing history.

EPIC EMR

experience (preferred). Ability to work a Monday Friday schedule. H1B visa candidates accepted, unfortunately J1 visa candidates cannot be considered. Must provide the most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).

License and Certification Requirements:
